How to stop windows 10 automatic update

Hello, windows 10/8/8.1 update automatically in background .windows 10 update assistant download updates to losing more data.

 Disable auto-update on windows system and pc's

follow simple steps to disable update service 

STEP 1: DISABLE WINDOWS UPDATE SERVICES

• open RUN dialog box (win+R) to open 

• then type and search search "services.msc" to open services window

• find the WINDOWS UPDATE SERVICE and double click it

• change  startup type to DISABLE then apply.

STEP 2:DISABLE UPDATE TASKS

• search windows search box TASK SCHEDULER

• find windows update folder to path :Task SchedulerLibrary /Microsoft /Windows /WindowsUpdate.

• then right cilck the scheduled start and disable 

• task scheduler window complete to stop update.
